This dress is 97% polyester and 3% spandex to give you that lightweight cool fabric that you need for spring and summer.

The top bodice has a differentpattern design than the bottom.  The neckline is round and the straps come in to keep it on your shoulder so you never have to worry about it coming off.  The back has an open vent and the tail of the dress has different lengths to give you that spring/summer style that looks great with sandals or heels. 

The bottom of the dress has the prominent pattern and gathers a little above the waist.
